SHIPPING

Handmade takes time. 

**Processing time for all orders is 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), unless otherwise stated in the item description. This does not include shipping time.**  

If you need a piece sooner, email us at support@thevioletopal.com and we will do our best to work with you.  A rush fee may apply if we can accommodate your request. Generally we ship sooner than our 5-7 business day window, but please allow for that timeframe as many factors affect processing time. 
 
If we run a "Free Shipping" sale, orders will be shipped via USPS First Class.
 

Domestic Orders:

Our standard shipping method is USPS First Class mail. We also offer several expedited options if you would like to receive your package sooner. Shipping carriers have announced that shipping times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for late or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
 
First class packages usually arrive within 5-7 business days, but may take up to 10 business days to arrive.
 

International Orders:

All international orders are shipped via USPS.  There are three options available for shipping speed. Visible tracking can be limited as the package is processed internationally and they usually (but not always) have delivery confirmation.
 
Customs duties and taxes are charged by your respective country once your order crosses the border. We do not collect nor control customs fees. We are not responsible for packages lost internationally.
 
Don't see your country listed? Please let us know at support@thevioletopal.com  so we can look into adding it as soon as possible.
 
Please make sure your name and address are correct before placing your order, once we turn it over to USPS, we no longer have control over incorrect addresses or delivery times.
 
Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking info so you can check the status of your package.  Please allow 48 hours for for tracking info to become available.
