Changing or Canceling Your Order

 You can change or cancel your order within 4 hours of ordering. Production begins shortly after orders are placed. Once production begins on your piece(s), we cannot change or cancel your order. Please email us at support@thevioletopal.com to do so.

Returns

We want you to love your jewelry as much as we love creating it for you.
 If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you
are welcome to return your jewelry within 10 days of the date of delivery.
If you have purchased our jewelry at one of our retailers, please contact them for returns as their individual store return policy will be the only way to return an item.

The Return Process

  • Jewelry must be returned unworn, unbent and unused and in its original packaging.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • Returns are free within the U.S.
  • Please contact us at returns@thevioletopal.com to initiate a return. 
  • Please include your name, address and order number in your return request email.
  • Once you have initiated a return, we will check to verify your return is eligible and email you a pre-paid return shipping label and return instructions.
  • Your return must be shipped within 5 days of receiving the return label.
  • Once we have received your return, we will inspect it to make sure it meets all of the above criteria and if it does, we will issue you a full refund to your original method of payment (minus the original shipping cost when purchased). 
  • THE VIOLET OPAL HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A RETURN FOR ANY VALID REASON.

Exchanges

We are not able to process exchanges at this time.
